they look like if they were from some weird dream where your house is underwater, and Oscar and his gang break into your house and they're like "Hey, give us your liver and any vital body parts" while they stare at you like this. And you can't run, you're underwater, so you're screwed
I didn't think it was possible for these characters to look more uncanny, but these guys did it somehow.
"The first screen has this, this, this, and this on it. So we're off to a great start."
Fixed up the coloring on the "Press Start" text and added that small effect I missed
