I submitted a full re-rip based on my discoveries while playing on EmulatorJS. I'm using these sprites in a fangame.

It's weird that this boss shares a name with one of the most well-known Muppet characters!
BTW, I changed the background color from white to green so that the sprite transparency would be clear.
I realize I missed a few pixels, but that shouldn't mess things up too much.
