To clear things up: The thing from MegaMan Sprite Game is based on what you see in this sheet, "RockMan 8" came out in 1998 I think.
@shadowman44 Maybe they searched on Google "Mega Man sprite" and they found the comic instead
@JamminJelly I think that's what it was directly based off of.
That car looks like something you'd see in the Megaman Sprite Game and I love it
