Just saw this now. I'll update it when I get the chance.
The Weapon Energy Capsule is missing the two smaller pellets on the sides.
Also the 1UP has two different colors. In the HUD it has white, black, and two shades of gray. In-game it has only black, white, and one shade of grey.
