Cool! ^^ These GBC games aren't too good in my honest opinion, but for the times they came, and the fact it was on handhold gameboys, I think they are good :) Btw I'm making HM fangame based on these GBC graphics, I want to develop it on PC and android, so if you're interested, I'll let you know there! :)

@fizzly That's awesome! A few years ago I did some Harvest Moon ripping too, mainly from the SNES game, but I did rip a few spritesheets from Friends of Minecraft Town too. I was really surprised that there are not many HM rips on the site, like you said. Maybe it's because that having a day/night cycle makes it harder to rip, I guess.
But anyway, you did an amazing job with those rips, Fizzly! Seeing these Harvest Moon GBC background rips kinda makes me want to play these 3 games for the first time! ^-^

Hey @Alefy San, I'm so happy that you noticed that ^^ and more happy that you've used some of the rips. Yeah, I'm also "harvest moon kid" and always loved the series, so I've tried to rip some things from these games, because there wasn't many of them here.

As a person who grew up and loved the original SNES Harvest Moon, seeing those GB/GBC games' sprites just feels so wrong and weird, but at the same time so interesting and nostalgic. It's like some kind of lost alternative reality of one of my favorite games.
These 3 Gameboy games are the only ones in the entire Story of Seasons franchise that have the same feel as the SNES original.
Ah, and by the way, these rips are awesome! Great job for everyone who's ever ripped from these games. I always love when someone gives Story of Seasons the love it deserves. ?

Edit: @Mike: Hey, you're the user who ripped the latest sheet from this game, right? Sorry for bothering you, but I saw your profile, and apparently you're the same person who ripped some of the first sheets from the SNES game on the site. I remember that I used your plants sheet from that game many times when I was a kid.
