@Dennis'N'Mooch That is correct as DKC was still in the process of being finished. This game was released on June 14th while DKC was released on November 18th. Although the first public appearance of the Modern DK and Modern Cranky was June 23rd at the Summer CES in Chicago, the very last one to be held (E3 replaced it in all following years up until the pandemic hit, and its unofficial cancellation for this year)
I cannot unsee how large of a butt they gave him. lol
Most people don't know that this was the last game to feature Cranky Kong as Donkey Kong.
