You know, looking at this, it's amazing how interchangeable many GB/GBC overworld tiles are. You could swap these tiles out for tiles from any of the GBC Zelda games or Pokemon games, and there'd be very little difference.

@PreZenith: This is a really old sprite sheet. There's bound to be missing stuff. Why not submit a revision?
Why even post this one? There's at least a quarter of the map missing
