I see Tornado Hold from Mega Man 8 and the Spike Ball from Mega Man X5 (not a stolen sprite from the game, but it functions similarly to the charged version of the weapon based on the gameplay footage I saw).
First two I can identify is Speed Burner and Astro Crush. If anyone's familiar with DKC, there's a song that has the titular character return the Crystal Coconut... Which is the missiles in this case as there would be similar designs for SAID MISSILES in XDiVE years later, coincidentially enough.
