Well the only thing keeping "mature" from also being adorable is the long, realistic nose and pointy chin. Which still aren't unattractive.
This character had so much potential, like being Wario's equivalent to Peach. The good ending form (Between mature and ugly) is the canon one, according to how her official art is in that form. Hence why it's more popular due to being downright adorable.
