Also, regarding the maps, in gameplay (at least in higher difficulties), they seem to be premade rooms and chunks randomly generated together for the most part, as I have never seen the same gold or hero key route twice, but lots of the same individual rooms and challenges.

Given the whole multiplayer-only stipulation, what's a good tool to rip sprites from this? Would the "versus" edition of VBA work?

@Deathbringer Ah, I see. Thanks for the explanation. I totally forgot about the possibility of the emulators being the reason for those colors, but it makes sense.

It's probably because of the emulator. Most GBA emulators I'm familiar with have two color settings, Real colors (the vibrant ones) and Gameboy colors (akin to how it would look on the original GBA models, aka no backlight).

@Larissa Celeste I think it might be a problem with the sheets themselves. I don't remember the maps being that desaturated in game... unless the GBA uses a effect on them on the fly.

Golly... The maps are so much more desaturated than I remember! Maybe it's because I grew up with the Anniversary Edition? XD

Apparently these are the Minish Cap Link sprites? This is from ALTTP/FS, right? Or a different one?

@Mooshry
Which poses are used in this game?

His sprite is the same as the one from The Minish Cap, so you can find it there.

Wait where's Link?
