say if one were to hypothetically rip the frames and put them into a zip file, mostly useful for getting good gba pallets for the x exclusive characters, would anyone be reasonably interested in that?

@Cateye This was before the more continent way of downloading or streaming movies/shows on your mobile via stores and streaming services.
So having any videos on the go was in it's infancy at the time. And as others pointed out, it's a heavily compressed and bitcrushed mess.

Yay, now I can watch a super compressed version of Sonic X on my GBA! And it isn't even a full season! (Please don't take this seriously.)
@DogToon64. Yep, This Sonic X cartridge gave 2 episodes of the show, and was an installment of 'GBA Video' It was a line of cartridges for the GBA from 2002-2007, that you could access cartoons such as SpongeBob, Pokemon and DragonBall. These are pretty neat including the movie packs
