That's kinda strange that Tails doesn't spin his tails while running. They just flutter behind him which gives me an impression that he's able to fly by flapping his tails like Cream lol
swimming sprites? those are obviously for flying underwater

@IceisNice: They're unused(?) sprites that can found be in the game's animations.
I don't remember Tails having Tired Swimming animation in the original game, where are those sprites from?
