Rusturf Tunnel in Ruby and Sapphire has the most Generation II looking tileset compared to the rest of the game and Emerald version, hell a lot of Ruby and Sapphire's tileset are noticeably more busy with noisier looking tiles while Emerald has more smooth looking tiles.
ya looks way better with the fog not gonna lie
I've always found this color palette weird.
