I haven't done a full comparison, but seeing the Ralts line so far down, and Chimecho last, makes me think they used the internal index numbers for the order.

Some of these sprites are way out of order. After Shiftry, it should be the Tailow line, the Wingull line, the Ralts line, the Surskit line, the Shroomish line, the Slakoth line, and /then/ the Nincada line, but Nincada is up way ahead, the Ralts line is at the bottom, etc. Could I submit a version of this sheet with everything in dex order?
@SharkGuy: Not just Groudon, a couple of others were flip-flopped too (plus one of Castform's forms had a broken palette). Should be fixed now.
Wait, why is Groudon's shiny placed before regular Groudon?
