@MCTravisYT: Nope, it wasn't. Now it is though, I reripped it with the proper palette. :)
Is this the right palette? I'm pretty sure they used some palette similar to the one in FireRed/LeafGreen (considering some palette issues on Leaf's hat) even if some colors were swapped around
Compared to FireRed/LeafGreen, those sprites are pretty bad.
