For anyone curious as to why it looks like a turtle: Rowling's original description was "despite being a crab, it more resembles a tortoise with a heavily-jeweled shell." When making the PC and PS1 versions of the Philosopher's Stone game, EA and associates took this at face value, so it literally looks like a turtle with a shiny shell, and the GBA game uses prerenders from the PC game, while Chamber's PS1 version reuses the model from its presecessor. Afterwards, Rowling clarified that "looks like a tortoise" merely refers to its shape, with its skin, legs, and other features being clearly crustacean, so later games redesigned them with that in mind, giving them several legs with several joints each and eventually beetle-like elytra making up the shell.

Going into ripping this I was NOT expecting 153 unique sprites, but there ya go.
