Okay, that explains the "gluco" in the title, but why is it called "GlucoBOY" if you can play as the girl????
@teh_supar_hackr It's because that's how glucose monitors work. Checking your blood for your blood sugar. The game was designed to make it more fun for kids.
The only GBA game that physically pricks you in the real world while playing (ok idk why it has to prick you in the finger to play the game)
