They really made a GBA game for this?

Nah, the characters are 3D models. Might rip the textures later because it seems to run on the same engine as the Disney's Extreme Skate Adventure game I ripped a while back.

@Jacc Jorep The characters are indeed sprites but the game is not the easiest to rip.
Why they aren't ripped is because as an example Beat has a LOT of poses. The ROM layout is literally sprite, garbage (palette data?), sprite, garbage. Meaning that after ripping one sprite you have to mess about with the offset then rip again for every pose. They aren't set up so you would have to assemble them (then possibly align them too). It is going to take from quite a while to a long time ripping unless you're a programmer who can reverse engineer. There is also some compression as well in terms of the graphics.
Since it uses the same engine, it is also why you see barely any sprites from the Tony Hawk games on the GBA. Same reason.
