@Toxic Prime The map is on a background layer. Also the floor is on another layer however the track maps on the site are missing those, this alone is different than Mode 7 on the SNES as it only allows one background layer in this way rather than two for these games. On mGBA, the map is on background 3 while the floor is on 4 and you can get them via view map. The downside is that it only loads whatever is on screen so you would have to have a screen capture program running hoping to get all of the map. Since it flashes very quickly while it updates with the background (the one that you see while driving), it can cause seizures so be very careful and wouldn't suggest ripping this game if they have health issues.
Not only this is the same process for GP Legend (same developer) and Maximum Velocity but also the same process for any similar game on the GBA and any scrolling Mode 7 based racing game on the SNES too. So it is a case of learning one skill for many.
There might be an easier way though...

Just curious, how do you rip the maps from this game? I am interested in learning to do it myself, and is the process the same or similar for Maximum Velocity and GP Legend?

Does anyone have the rest of the F-Zero machines?

The title, though... ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

To be honest, I didn't even know that there was a third GBA F-Zero game. I thought there were only two of them.
