I Thought it was called Timmy Turner
This was one of my favorite GBA games as a kid, so I just wanted to point out a couple things:
1. The "Unused" animation set actually is used in-game. It is used every time a level begins.
2. I recall there being an animation that was used whenever Timmy/Cleft got shocked by electricity (his skeleton was made visible), and if I'm correct, this would only happen in the Fairy World level. (I was messing around with the password input one day, and unknowingly put in a password that granted me access to Fairy World) I don't see that animation set anywhere here.
