@Franketepoke2 If you have use something, steal from the best as they say... Then you realise after digging deep that TMS were just a middle man compared to the actual studios as they actually did little animation themselves and just produced the vast majority (from what I know bit of Lupin the 3rd Part 2, any scenes that Yuzo Aoki did when he worked there, Lupin III: Seven Days Rhapsody and a couple of things were done in house). They had minimal credits for cartoons at the time to avoid Disney and WB trying to poaching them directly and hit and miss regarding studios in anime especially older stuff, similar to what happened in games and it's only years later that people did a bit of research to find out some of the animators who worked at selected scenes.

Telecom were the ones who often did the "good stuff" for TMS so it's probably them, they usually use them for intros too. Sometimes they even credit in the animation so if you see TAF somewhere, that might be a hint. Could also be the likes of Oh! Production (another good studio). Then again even TMS used South Korean studios, bad examples are in Lupin III: Steal Napoleon's Dictionary and Karate Master.

Gotta love the tracing! (I can definitely find it when a frame was traced from either the Animaniacs intro or the Pinky & the Brain intro)
