@oshawhat No, there's definitely Pokemon that had overworld sprites that aren't on this sheet. I don't know if Zoroark was available in the dream world, but it was kind of a whole thing that it appeared in a Memory Link event. https://youtu.be/jrgGcgAsdm4?t=274 The Swords of Justice are absent, too, and they're obviously not just wild encounters lol. Murphmario's right, there's Pokemon missing from this sheet that are on the Overworld Entities sheet.
I remember seeing overworld sprites for Watchog in White 2
These are the pokemon that appear in the entralink after catching them in the dream world. If it wasn't available in the dream world then it doesn't have an overworld sprite. There is nothing 'missing' here.
A lot of the missing Pokemon are on the "overworld entities" sheet, which doesn't make sense.
