Once you stomp a Blue Koopa, you can use it's shell as well, the Blue Shell power up, obviously!
The Blue Koopa only appeared in the Mario vs Luigi mode in the ice level, I believe. The winged version is basically unused.
There were Blue Koopas in this game?
