I just submitted a fixed version
@D.M The main improvement is that the old rip had the backgrounds cropped a little, so they didn't loop correctly. As for the replaced BG, its the same as before, but it's just taller (more overall details). And finally for the missing tiles, I ripped the backgrounds using nsmbe and that's literally how they look in the program. So I'm not sure how I can add those missing tiles.
not quite sure what this rerip was for— the bottom left and top right bgs are still obviously missing tiles and while a new bg has been added for some reason it replaces a different one
