with a lot of trial and error you can extract the tile animations using MApRX. it's a great tool for extracting maps like the main room where there are no animations or destroyable objects, but takes some serious workshopping to get the rest. and yeah, backgrounds are still an issue
That was me, I've never played the game and only ripped a single map to showcase a map viewer / level editor called MApRX by wwylele.
This one lets you export any map as PNG and is a perfect tool for ripping this game. Its only weakness are backgrounds, I'm also not sure if it can display tile animations.

I did the sheets for the previous areas a while ago and had the minecart areas separate, but whoever submitted the last Old Tower sheet listed it as area 3
Wait, Area 3 and 5 can't both be the Old Tower. Which one is correct?
