Update: I saw that Seiya's art is also from his manga, so I'm guessing only the coloring is original to the game
So... These artworks were recycled or made exclusively for the game? At least Arale's is taken from an actual panel from Dr. Slump, as you can see in its intro, but I'm not sure about the rest.
