Oh, sorry. It seems that that other guy forgot to do a fact check. This girl is actually a normal human, and her "wings" are just part of her outfit.
Just noticed that she doesn't really have any visible ears on the sides of her head, signifying that she likely ISN'T human. But if she IS human, then her ears are likely... tucked away? I think?
Edit: She's a devil (le gasp!), and she DOES have ears, but they are OBSCURED BY HER HAIR, and thus, aren't seen very often. Her being a devil may explain those Rouge The Bat wings she has on her back (hehe).
