these don't look like dreamcast sprites
@BillyBnMOfficial: I used Flycast to play the game enough to generate the respective saves, then opened up the vmu_save_A1.bin they were all saved to in TiledGGD. Then it was as simple as locating the icons in there, the palettes are stored directly above them.
How'd you rip these? I'm not sure how to feel with the way I did it now

@sammyrms1: Considering the animation I extracted as a test didn't have that glitch, I'd say "no". And it was also half the resolution seen here with a few more palette shades, too.

Is that corruption on the top of the first frame part of the animation?
