Poniko, Monoe and Monoko already have FC World-style sprites in the Ao Oni mini game in Yume Nikki: Dream Diary
although they are atrocious (especially Monoko), they still exist
I do plan on making FC World sprites for other NPCs, like Kamakurako, which you mentioned.

Do you plan on doing FC World versions of other characters like Poniko or Kamakurako?
So happy we're getting more Yume Nikki custom sprites.
