Not to mention they're just black pixels in the arrangement of a face, and as such are extremely easy to do yourself if you want them badly enough to comment about it. Heck, the ones in the dialogue portraits list could easily be edited on.
Dude, you can't expect every single thing to be done for you. You should just appreciate the fact that somebody did these.
