lol this isn't supposed to be a guessing game. I literally don't know who made it. The "?" is a catch-all for people who don't want to be known OR people we don't know the identity of. So if you know who made this, please tell me!

@SpritZ & @Omega. When you click on his name, he has a submitter profile, so I though it was a person. But after looking at the top 50 submitters list, his name is not there despite having over 1300 sheets. So you're probably right.
@Omega I assume "?" is automatically used when a user doesn't enter anything in the "Submitter" value. Though I don't know how this site works very well, so it's just a guess.
