Krystal was meant to be an assist character for Fox when he was playable. She would fight alongside him as he traveled. The animations are: idle, talk, turn, walk, shrug (she would do this after talking to her as an npc), talking while shrugging, angry, pulls out gatling gun, firing, talking with gun, leaning while talking, falling from ledge, landing, wounded, get up, defeated, using PSI, PSI after image falling, PSI after image using PSI. The miscellaneous sprites to the side are: close up of gatling gun, bullet, Krystal's head, gatling gun, Beta Krystal, PSI Shield, PSI Bolt.
The colors, and how there used gives me Neo Geo Pocket Color vibes!
