This seems to be based on modgen's metal.. shouldn't they be credited too?
This is pretty good, but unlike Sonic where the two grey shades on his head are lighter than his blue color, the second-lightest grey shade appears darker than his green color. I'd recommend replacing the two head greys by moving the lightest grey to the darker color, and replacing the lighter color with white.
