@SpritZ reorganized sheet, made tails' bangs flow in flying sprites, added some alternate palettes for sonic compatibility

@deltaConduit well I'm not sure if it's my screen at fault or if I'm just seeing things but by the looks of it, I sorta see the resemblance between 2 and mania (not saying that it looks alike - well kinda but if we compare to how sonic's sprites have changed throughout 1,2 and 3 to this customized sprite sheet, that's where all my thoughts are).
@ThatOneIG2013Guy - it's not a mania palette, actually, although i do see why one would think that
don't call me colorblind but do I see a mania palette being used or smth? and this looks similar to his sonic 2 and mania sprites whatsoever, just saying my honest opinion but otherwise good work (don't act like that I'm a judge and that you're gonna spend the rest of your days listening to my feedback making you remake this sprite sheet)
I'd rather Tails in Sonic 1 updated with this one.
deltaConduit, you've become the absolute CHAD of Sonic 1-style sprites. You nail the style and quirks down with such accuracy and authenticity and it brings me such joy to see! I'm eager to see what you might do next! Perhaps Super Sonic?
