Are the only differences between the duplicate rows of some sprites (like the jogging ones) them being a consistent size?
@ItaloxDd i think it's just they don't like sonic.exe and wouldn't like if you use these sprites for that
One question, does Red Sonic count as a fan character? Red Sonic is still Sonic, but with Knuckles' color palette, this is a Sonic 3 glitch in which Sonic acquires the colors of the aforementioned Knuckles, so I am left with that doubt if he counts as a fan character or not

Just found this out, but there is a problem with the base palette used for all of the sprites, the lightest blue and the second to darkest gray are the same color, therefore, making it impossible to apply palettes correctly because either sonic's eyes/gloves/shoes will be bluish, or sonics lightest blue will be gray
please... just make it a zip file...

Apparently, according to a comment of a Re-upload of the sheet on DeviantArt, it got taken down because either A. Rosabelle didn't like it, or B. its getting remade
i vividly remember a version of this sprite sheet where it was for Sonic 1 Styled Sonic and i cant find it
@charliekarVG: Not even close, there are hundreds of sprite sheets that are not only larger, but have way more sprites than this one.
