I'm guessing it came from Harvey Comic's Wendy the Good Little Witch who's part of the same universe as Casper the Friendly Ghost
@Ton It was fanmade actually, and Ian adopted it for the character when she was adapted to Archie!Sonic. I'm not sure of the origin of the "Wendy" part.
I didn't realize that the "Wendy" part was an Archie-only name.
