@Doc I see, and I apologize for that.
It's not a debate, I simply said an English-based phonetics and simplified version and The Observer went more in-depth with the original Japanese phonetics behind it, as well as the permutations throughout.

Functionally, the vocal sounds are 「ヒュエ」 (hyu-e), 「ヒュヘ」 (hyu-he) and 「ヒュヘエ（エ）」(hyu-he-e(-e; there's a point where the エ is uttered again)).
@Kirby Actually what they're saying is pronounced "Hweh." It's the theme in the Japanese and some of the European releases (personally, I prefer the American counterpart to this particular theme).
