Also this sheet is hilariously off-model given its only reference was that awkward pose shown on the left. The maker clearly never actually played the game, as he looks nothing like that from the front or the side, and in fact normally has orange eyes, not green.
Still, I'm forgiving towards it due to its age and my own nostalgia.

@mlilley22: Says right on the sheet itself, but his first (and only) appearance was as an unlockable character in Sonic R (same game where Tails Doll is from).

The one I didn't miss due to its woeful inaccuracy apparent to anyone who actually played the game.
