Yeah... This is just Rock (Mega Man) wearing Little Mac's clothes. The head prob needed to be changed to be more like actual Little Mac. It's also missing the ladder climb frames of the punch.
@SpritZ The gloves just seem to be taken from the Power Adaptor in Mega Man 6.
