No, I was just told that tsr won't be hosting customs of leaked designs. I didn't ask further.
did you ask the mods why it was rejected?
A while ago I made hgss styled beta (spiky) Cyndaquil and it got denied, what's different here? (Not trying to be salty just curious.)
Yeah custom sheets based off things from the leak are fine, as long as it's not just a recreation of the sprites
