These sprites look amazing! The custom Ms. Pac-Man sprite looks almost like something that can be used for Pac-Mania.

Much better than the Tengen sprites.
Yeah. In the case of the smiling ghosts, those faces are shown for a split of a second, so they aren't so noticeable, and give a nice effect once animated.
For the little Pac-man, i thought that it would be funny to have an animation for the life counter instead of just suddently dissapearing.

The flashing Pinky, Inky, and Clyde look like they’re smiling. And is the life bar next to the angry big eyes supposed to be when Pac-Man loses a life?
