Bubble gun would pretty much be a joke weapon,
Then again MSA had a few water-based attacks that actually deal damage so it could be a lethal joke weapon at least.

I'm reminded of that series of pictures that show/reveal the power up icons are ammo cases that include an attachable barrel for the gun.
