For some reason I kept thinking that Drill Man was a secret character in Mega Man Soccer.
He just needs a few more shades and he'd look exactly like he came from it. If only they didn't call it The Wily Wars because the only Cossack war was MM4 (Proto Man in MM5 doesn't count).
