Wow, this looks so much better! Their caps actually have spots now and don't look like flat pancakes. A big improvement!

You should make Toad and Toadette either the same height as Mario or 1px shorter and base them more on SMB1 (and the superball colour schemes)
Yeah honestly Toad and to an extent Toadette kind of are indistinguishable from Imajin (that guy from Doki Doki Panic).

you could also make them actually look like mushroom caps and not inner tubes
