He doesn't, his head is just positioned like that, the same way that Bowser Jr positions his head like he's about to breathe a fireball when he's throwing hammers
I meant the SMB3 Bowser shouldn't breathe while throwing.
@TheEric132 he doesn't breathe fire while throwing, he just has his mouth open on the SMB1 sprites, only closing it to prepare a fireball, either that or the close text is confusing
