@Dolphman Thanks for clarifying the "Customs 100% from scratch" rule!, i had seen someone comment about it but i ended up forgetting who it was and where was it commented.
@TheUltraUnfunnyMan, it was. Also, customs that are 100% from scratch are fine, not direct edits or rips from said leak. (Like Omega's SMW Bowser which is from scratch)

I'm pretty sure there's a "No G*g*l**k Stuff" policy on TSR
