wonder if this'll get updated to include mario kart world items after that game releases
The missing items are the Super Bell and the Capsule, both from Mario Kart Tour
will this have every item in it
Very good improvements! Though there is some I can say.
-The spike placements on the Spiny and Bowser Shell look rather off-angle.
-Heart shouldn't have a smile if Birdos egg shouldn't have spots like in Mario Kart Tour

If I add any additional items to Super Mario Kart, I would add the following items: Blue Spiny Shell, Bob-omb, Golden Mushroom, Bullet Bill, Blooper, Mega Mushroom, POW Block, Fire Flower, Banana Bunch, Triple Green Shell, Triple Red Shell, Triple Mushroom, and Piranha Plant. I might also use the Fake Item Box, but I would make it so that it can block incoming items, just like it did in Mario Kart 64.
@Jose_el_pro That's just the big Banana from Mario Kart Double Dash and Mario kart Tour. A Special item by DK which is not only a bigger banana but splits into three smaller bananas.

Ya missed the thunder cloud
Wonder how the Fake Item Box would even work in Super Mario Kart, considering item boxes in that game are actually part of the race track.
