@KKHell: Actually it was Nomura that made getting Sora into smash difficult, not Disney. They were all for Sora getting added

Sora will probably be cut due to the inevitable legal hell if there IS another Smash game, which is unlikely in the first place.

Or reading the story on something like the KH wiki are some of the better ways to understand the story. The way I manage to understand it is by separating it into sections based around characters, because really the biggest key (heh) players in the series are all you really have to follow to understand it.

at least play the numbered games, because those are very much worth playing
and if you don't want to play everything in between (because the games can be all over the place quality-wise and the frequently-updated mobile game is a source of important lore), that's where lore videos or cutscene compilations come in
