The first two are confirmed expressions that I recreated to the best of my ability, since Ib doesn't have any portraits in the game. Almost everything else is custom, and were based on events that occur throughout the story.
The ones on the very bottom, while very out-of-character for Ib (with the possible exception for maybe the first four on the bottom-left), were more for a hypothetical "Fake Ib" that Mary and/or Garry could encounter.
