There's also hololive ERROR, a multimedia horror project that includes a game that's coming out soon (I've seen "summer", I've seen "November", either way, the demo's available). It uses the (JP) girls' basic designs with setting-specific attires, but the girls portray characters (very) loosely based on their streaming avatar selves, if they are at all (Yae, who's played by Noel for example, is very much nothing like the streamer). Such attires can be used for their Home 3D streaming set-ups, but that's more cosplay since in those moments they are not being the ERROR characters.

Fun note: when the actress who plays the series/game's villain is scared by her own acting and model in the game, you know you've got good horror.

@ArifkunVIID: It's not, but if it means anything, Hololive characters have made appearances in other video games (e.g. Neptunia Virtual Stars), so it's allowed by technicality.

(Even then, I feel the "only characters that are in video games" restriction would be better if it were relaxed, but it's not my decision to make.)

Why is the Gamers section after holoMyth? It should be before JP Gen 3.

I'm kinda of surprised that it took so long for the first Hololive custom to appear here. PdP Senchou is certainly a good start, though.
